Detached house for a young couple with a child.

The required program is resolved on two floors, leaving on the first floor the day area: living room, kitchen, laundry room and bedroom and bathroom, and on the upper floor; two bedrooms, a study and a bathroom and the bedroom, dressing room and bathroom of the couple.

The house is designed as a space that, despite being resolved in two levels plus basement, maintains direct contact with the outside in each room, through terraces or direct exits to the porch.

This connection between interior and exterior, both to introduce green into the rooms and to facilitate ventilation, is also found in the basement.

The terraces of the main rooms are proposed as a telescopic element that pays homage to the views of the environment in the Ricote Valley.
